Refund policy

Only orders placed on maisongang.fr can be returned, exchanged or refunded by MAISON GANG.

For returns from mainland France and abroad, return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. To make a return, the Customer must obtain a return label on their own via the carrier of their choice and inform MAISON GANG by email: contact@maisongang.fr

Returned Products must be returned in a securely closed package to this postal address: Thomas Gand (Maison Gang) - 73 avenue Morin 91800 Brunoy - France

Returns of Products must be made in their original condition and complete. Returns of washed, already worn and/or damaged Products will be refused.

For all returns, please keep proof of sending. Please ensure that your return is well packaged to avoid any damage to the Products.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund (amount including tax of the order excluding delivery costs) of the Products returned by the Customer will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt, by MAISON GANG, under the conditions provided for in this article.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-5 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw without reason, within 30 days of the date of receipt of his order.
