What is upcycling?

Upcycling consists of reusing materials that are destined to be thrown away by giving them a second life in a different form. At Maison Gang, we use leftover awning fabrics to create unique and sustainable products, thus reducing waste.

What materials do you use for your products?

At Maison Gang, we use scraps of awning fabric to make our bucket hats, bags and accessories. This material is resistant, waterproof, anti-UV, and stain-resistant. The awning fabric is Oeko-Tex® certified by our supplier, meaning it is safe for health and the environment.

What are the advantages of awning fabric for your products?

The awning fabric is an ultra-resistant, waterproof material, treated to be stain- and UV-resistant. It is designed to withstand outdoor conditions and keeps its bright colors over time, making it an ideal material for our products.

Are your products available in limited edition?

We manufacture our products in small series, depending on the available material scraps. Each piece is produced in limited quantities.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are handmade in France, more precisely in Île-de-France in partner workshops. We value local know-how and favor small-scale production to guarantee quality and limit waste.

How do I maintain my Maison Gang product?

Thanks to the properties of the awning fabric, our products are not afraid of much. To clean them, a simple damp cloth or neutral soap is enough. If necessary, you can put them in the washing machine on a "hand wash" program to keep them in good condition.

Do you offer different sizes for your bobs?

Our bobs are available in three sizes:

S fits head circumferences from 51 to 54 cm.
M fits head circumferences from 55 to 58 cm.
L fits head circumferences from 59 to 62 cm.

If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.

Delivery & Returns

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of shipping chosen (home or relay point). In mainland France, it takes 1 to 2 working days for home delivery and 2 to 4 working days for delivery to a relay point.

Do you offer free shipping?

Delivery is free for all orders delivered to a relay point, with no minimum purchase and in mainland France.

What is your delivery policy?

We deliver our products throughout France and internationally. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I return or exchange a product?

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been worn and is in its original condition. Visit our Exchange & Refund page for more details.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return. The return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part. Please contact us at contact@maisongang.fr to inform us of your returned package. Learn more about our refund policy .

What should I do if my package is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us immediately at contact@maisongang.fr .

Order

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You will be able to follow the progress of the delivery in real time until your package arrives at your home.

Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us quickly via our contact form . We will do our best to adjust it. Once shipped, unfortunately we will no longer be able to intervene.

Do you offer any promotions or discounts?

We sometimes offer special promotions and discount codes. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive a 10% off code valid on your first order. By subscribing, you will be the first to know by email about our drops and exclusive offers!

How do I apply a promo code to my order?

When paying, enter your promo code in the dedicated field and click on "Validate". The reduction will automatically appear on the total of your order.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with your order (defective product, product error, etc.), contact our customer service with your order number and a description of the problem. We will do our best to resolve this issue quickly.

How to create an account on your site?

To create an account, go to the login page and click "Create Account". Fill in the requested information and you'll be ready to order!

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Click " Forgot Password " on the login page, enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

By creating an account, you can track your orders, keep your purchase history, manage your delivery addresses and benefit from exclusive offers reserved for the Gang.

How can I change my personal information?

Once logged in, go to “My Account” and you will be able to edit your personal information, such as your email address, shipping address, and more.

What are your customer service hours?

Our customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Outside of these hours, please feel free to send us an email and we will respond as soon as possible.
